We are committed to expanding access to music education for the children in our local communities and beyond. With your support, young aspiring artists will be provided scholarship opportunities that will help them continue their music training; and music educators will gain access to much needed resources for their programs.

 The First Chair Foundation is staffed by a small team of dedicated educators, performers, and enthusiasts.  We welcome individual volunteers as well as business sponsors to join us on our quest to help change the lives of students in our local communities.

The First Chair Foundation was born out of a need to expand access to the arts to young people in our communities, as well as to be a support for local school music programs. We are working closely with local music educators to provide their students with the best education possible. We hope you will join us on this mission!
